REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If any credits from the pack have been used, a partial refund may be issued for the remaining unused credits at our discretion.

Email support@autoshot.ai with your account email address and order details. Please include the reason for your refund request so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Purchases made through the iOS app are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
